An ESG Tourism Route: Discovering Marine Ecosystem Restoration through Sea Turtle and Ocean Care
The Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Royal Thai Navy Sattahip, was established under the Royal Initiative of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, who expressed deep concern over the continuously declining sea turtle population. This led to the comprehensive care of the sea turtle life cycle, encompassing egg incubation, nursing, and ultimately, releasing them back into the wild.
Embark on an eco-tourism journey to learn about sea turtle conservation, explore close-up exhibitions on their life cycle, and engage in turning marine debris into valuable products—such as keychains, plant pots, and coasters—in collaboration with the Rak Talay Saneh Baan Amphur Community.
